When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped in 1-3 business days from the receipt of the order. After being shipped out, it takes 3-7 business days for orders to be delivered. If in any case, there is a delay in shipping out your order, we will reach out to you via email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and can track your order soon after. Kamya Naturals is not responsible for theft or incorrect delivery of packages. Please note that we do not ship to Jammu & Kashmir at this time. Business days are Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5 PM.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is ₹100 flat on all orders (added to the cart total and not individually to each product purchased). You can opt for local pick-up if you live in the Bangalore and would like to pick up your order from our manufacturing unit, located in Mysore Road, Bangalore. This way you don’t have to pay for shipping at all.

Which payment options do you accept?

Payments made via credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), E-Wallets, UPI, and Internet banking are accepted.

Why are some soap bars more expensive than others?

Every bar is created differently and has a unique formulation. Each one has different additives and essential oils. Also, some bars take more time to make than others. As a business, we need to keep track of these things. We try our best to keep things as reasonably and competitively priced. That is why some bars are more expensive than others. That’s not to say they’re lesser soap!

Can I cancel my order, get a refund, or return a product?

Cancellation Policy: You are well within your right to cancel an order, but please do so within 24 hours of it being placed. Dropping an email is the best way to do so. There will be a 15% cancellation fee levied on every canceled order. Be sure to include your order number and we will respond within 1 business day. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund & Return Policy: All our products are personal care items and so due to safety concerns, all sales are final. What happens if my order is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged (example- broken jars), please make sure to click photos of the same and write to us within 6 hours of receiving the damaged shipment. Logistics is completely outsourced by us to a third-party company. We can only take up the damaged good issue with them when we have proof to support it. This will help us better our packaging and also make sure that we hold the shipping agency accountable. We will gladly provide you a refund for the product that came damaged or ship the same product to you. I’m allergic to coconut oil, where do I check for ingredients?

All ingredients are detailed on every product on the website. Please read carefully before placing your order. That being said, it’s up to the customer to do their research and decide what works best for them. Kamya Naturals will not accept returns or process refunds based on allergic reactions. We do not claim that any of the ingredients listed will cure any topical conditions. We are not medical or health professionals. The main purpose of soap is to cleanse. While we list properties of ingredients used, we do not make any particular claims about the treatment of any skin condition. Please consult your health care provider prior to using any skincare product, particularly if you are pregnant and/or nursing.

Will my soap look exactly like the picture?

We do our best to accurately replicate each batch that is made and to photograph in the best light to bring out all the colours in the soap bar. Due to the nature of artisan handmade products, please allow for slight variations and minute imperfections.
