– If you receive a damaged product, such as a broken glass jar, please contact us within six hours of receiving your package at kamyanaturals@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product along with your order number. We will try our best to resolve the issue.

– In an exceptional case that a refund is initiated, it will be initiated via bank transfer and could take approximately 3 business days.

– All of our products are handcrafted from scratch. Kindly allow for minor variations in colour payoff or design
